Arabian horses get a bad rap for being high strung and difficult.  They can be more sensitive than other horse breeds but are wonderful, loyal members of the family.

Bey Dedicashahn (aka Shahn) was my very first horse.  He was purchased by my sister as a long yearling because she wanted to own an Arabian.  Unfortunately he didn't reach her height expectations (topping out at an amazing 14.2 hands) and was subsequently given to me.  Shahn is a dynamo.  He really loves the trails and he appreciates adventure.  He's like riding a zippy sports car.  He's always ready and willing to go wherever you point his nose.  Like all first horses, he has his idiosyncrasies but he's mine.  I have retained 2 of his babies and have sold many more.  Information on his pedigree can be found here:
